Another great bit of press this time for the mighty Rock Control in Esquire.
According to Esquire, Rock Control is:
A brilliant idea, brilliantly executed.
Thanks very much!

OK - any more press today and it will get silly
Says it all really in the headline - Fairshare is the website of the day in The Sun. Are we pleased? Of course we are.
You wait for a good review and 2 come along on the same day….
Over 80 pieces of press so far for Fairshare Music this week.
Really cool write up on the Guardian today for the lovely new fairsharemusic site
Apparently “Spotify. We7 and Last.fm are old hat” - although we’re not totally sure we agree that (although interesting to see what happens to companies when bought out by a megacorp - see also myspace, bebo etc) - it is a great review.
Visit the home of feel good downloads and get down with some embedded generosity!

fairsharemusic is a unique new music download site where the music you buy really does make a difference. With over 8.5 million tracks, the hottest new releases and prices starting at 79p per track, fairsharemusic is not dissimilar from other popular music sites - except that for every track you download, it donates half the profit to your chosen charity. The more you download, the more it donates.
fairsharemusic gives charities access to a new music-based fundraising tool, enabling them to reach and engage a broad demographic of music lovers. Leveraging the power of micro donations, it promises to make a difference without requiring significant goodwill or generosity from donors.
Working closely with the founders, Lee Cannon and Jonny Woolfe, both former Warner Music employees, Traffic Digital are very proud to have designed and built the music download website, overseeing all aspects of technical and creative development to deliver an experience which rivals that of the best music sites online. Big thanks also go to the amazing Peter Chadwick at Popular for his branding, and the legend that is Maf Bishop, for his jaw dropping copy writing skills. Thanks to everyone involved!

Traffic HQ
We are extremely pleased to announce that we have moved into our awesome new office on 53 Frith Street, Soho in record breaking time.
Please stop by for a cup of tea (or coffee from one of the numerous coffee bars on Frith Street) if you’re in the area.
As any of you who visited us in the last year will know, we had totally outgrown our old space, and were pretty much sitting on top of each other.
We’d like to thank John and his fantastic staff at Polyteck for totally renovating the office and fitting out for us, from a shell in 6 weeks.

Before
Kevin Roberts, Global CEO of Saatchi and Saatchi has blogged about Rock Control (check it out at http://krconnect.blogspot.com/2010/05/rock-control.html) saying:
Ever played Rock Band? Well, this is it. The real thing. Except instead of controlling animated characters with a plastic guitar, the public will actually play an active role in building a real band from the ground up. Who’s in the band, what they sound like, what they wear.
I’ve talked a lot about the Participation Economy, and Rock Control is putting that concept to work.
Rock Control has the potential to be one of the most interactive television experiences we’ve seen yet.
